Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our head office on North Stradbroke Island, Queensland. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, and express shipping is faster depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide — Standard Shipping is $11 and Express Shipping is $15 per order.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags intact and hygiene liners attached.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes! Contact us with your order details and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit valid for six months.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for items confirmed as damaged or defective. Change of mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Is Sunfolk swimwear sustainable?

Yes! Our swimwear is made from recycled ocean waste and plastic bottles, offering luxuriously soft fabric with UV resistance and UPF50+ protection.
